An abstract artist, Emily specialises in elegant expressive paintings.
Inspired by the natural world and concepts of connectedness and transience, Emily makes one-off original artwork in response to a particular place / experience / idea. Her work is influenced by Modernism, including Abstract Expressionists such as Lee Krasner and Helen Frankenthaler, as well as artists that reference minimalism such as Eva Hesse and Barbara Hepworth.
